Redeeming a Groupon
Instructions for making reservations if you purchased a Groupon
Thanks for purchasing a Groupon with Historic Texas Tours for the Hill Country & Winery Tour. Please follow these instructions to make your reservation:
click on "Hill Country & Winery Tours"
Click on "Book Now"
You may only enter 1 Groupon at a time. 1 guest will already be checked. Click on “Promotion Code” , enter the Groupon number (not the barcode number). Click on “pick date” and choose the date that you want to book. Choose a pick up location from the drop-down menu. Enter the 8 digit barcode in the space provided. ( NOTE: If you are part of a large group that are all trying to book for the same tour, you must contact our office before booking to make sure that there are enough seats available and you must have all groupon numbers, names, and barcodes to make all of the bookings at the same time.)
*Note: once you book a date, it CAN NOT be cancelled/rescheduled without forfeiting your certificates, so make sure that it is a firm date. Your reservation is not made until you follow the above procedure and it is on a first come, first serve basis. Guests must produce the actual Groupon certificate or be able to produce it on a smart phone, to the tour guide before boarding.
**If HTT doesn't get at least 6 guests booked for each tour, the guests will have to choose another date for their tour as 6 is the minimum number that it takes for a tour to operate. HTT also reserves the right to change start times & itinerary if the need arises and guests will be given as much notice as possible. Tours depart from The Forum shopping center at I-35/1604 promptly at 9:30 am and pick up at 1604/I10 park & ride is between 9:45am-10:00am. If you are running late, call and we will do our best to wait on you. If you miss the start time, HTT WILL NOT turn around to come back for you and HTT is not liable for you missing the tour and no refunds will be given. The tour is in a 14 passenger van and we do book all 14 seats. While we try to accommodate all guests, tours can be very cozy so a good attitude and a party mood will go a long way in all guests having the best possible experience.
***Please remember that gratuities are not included in your deal. As guides, we work hard to make sure that you have a great time and we would appreciate it if guests would remember to tip on the full value of the tour ticket. E-mail us if you need further assistance at:
Groupons that are expiring as of June 6, 2012 can book for a tour that takes place through June 23, 2012.
Once your Groupon expires the value that you paid for the groupon can be used toward the purchase of another tour and will be deducted from your total amount due until the expiration day 2016.
